2. PRODUCT QUALITY WARRANTY:

The world of electric bicycles imports the whole electric bicycle from famous manufacturers and is strictly quality tested in Vietnam.

So every car has a product quality warranty, if you find a car is poor quality or any part is replaced with a poor quality product, we will refund 100% money to you. .

3. RECEIVE A CAR FOR 2 WEEKS:

In case you choose a product, but not satisfied, we will get your car back within 2 weeks. You pay 20% of the car value or can choose another car completely free of charge within 24 hours after buying the car.

4. 24-MONTH WARRANTY PRODUCT WARRANTY:

When customers have chosen and satisfied with the product they have purchased. The world of electric bicycles has a 24-month warranty on all products (Regardless of any fault is guaranteed, from the smallest to the largest).

5. PROMOTIONAL REGISTRATION REGIME:

After the warranty term expires, customers retain the product warranty card. In order to receive a lifetime after-sales service, if the product is slightly damaged, we get free repair and sell components without interest.

WARRANTY PROVISIONS

Warranty conditions:

• 24 months warranty for frame.
• 2 year warranty for motors.
• 1 year warranty and 6 month battery replacement warranty.
• Components and spare parts during the warranty period must have the manufacturer's warranty stamps intact. There are no signs of shaving, erasing, or tearing.
• Damage is determined by technical error or by the manufacturer.

There is no free warranty in the following cases:

• Spare parts and equipment damaged by accident, collision, distortion, deformation, scratch, rust ...
• Damage caused by natural disaster, fire, using an unstable power source or due to improper transportation.
• Arbitrarily intervene, repair devices such as controllers, motors, batteries ... without the company's permission.
• Flooded engines, components, and equipment lead to malfunction.
